HotDocs® 2008 InterConnect Edition

HotDocs InterConnect allows you to manage all HotDocs files through your Interwoven^® WorkSite^® Document Management System (DMS). Search for and launch a HotDocs assembly, then profile assembled documents and answer files without leaving WorkSite. Manage your text, form, and interview templates, as well as your answer files and assembled documents, in your document management system. With HotDocs InterConnect, your templates, answer files, and assembled documents are managed by WorkSite, an integral part of your organization's work flow.

• HotDocs InterConnect for WorkSite is an add-on program for HotDocs® Standard Edition, HotDocs® Professional Edition, that lets you manage HotDocs text, form, and interview templates in WorkSite. By storing your HotDocs templates in the DMS, you can take advantage of the file backup, security, version tracking, profiling, and other features offered by WorkSite. When you install HotDocs InterConnect for WorkSite, a new menu and shortcut menu is added to DeskSite/MailSite, which allows users to assemble templates from within the DMS.
• HotDocs Server InterConnect for WorkSite allows users in your organization to assemble HotDocs templates from within DeskSite or MailSite directly to HotDocs® Server Edition. Your organization does not does not need to install HotDocs software on each computer - HotDocs Server provides the interview in your Internet browser, then delivers the completed document back to the DMS. Simple, convenient, and powerful.
• HotDocs Server InterConnect for WorkSite Web provides an easy-to-use connector for your WorkSite web pages. HotDocs templates can be assembled directly from your workspace. The HotDocs interview appears in your browser, and your assembled templates and answer files are profiled back into the DMS. No need to build a custom host application - HotDocs Server InterConnect for WorkSite Web allows your organization to combine two useful tools into one integrated application.
